This might seem like a no-brainer. We've all taken exams, so that's it, done, right?
Well, not quite, it can be considerably more complicated than that. Even more so when you scale things up to evaluate the knowledge levels of an entire department. So how can you feel confident that you haven't missed something?

Here at Change Coach Online Ltd, we have assisted with several of these Knowledge Transfer at scale programmes. We have a particular interest in the learning process, add to that a deep understanding of recruitment, onboarding, visual remote management, data driven delivery (which will give you reassurence that you're on track, with metrics and charts to boot), business analysis and coaching skills.
We have helped relocate entire groups to different parts of the world, providing visibility at every step of the way. We have also solved the ever-ominous "critical person" syndrome, which prevented someone from either having a nervous breakdown, or mitigating the risk of them leaving the company, ultimately giving them a new lease of life and enabling them to thrive for the same employer for years to come.
If you're thinking about doing something in this space, you must ensure;
your delivery process is centred on research and learning.
you have agreed what success looks like and have defined SMART metrics.
you champion calmness, patience & learning during the process.
you have broken down & modelled the domain you intend to move (POTI model).
you have lean agile project delivery experience to keep things flowing once started.
you are able to project when you will complete by, with a fair degree of accuracy.
you have experts on hand to assist where necessary.
You can always contact us to discuss further, we're here to help.
